Refund policy

  1. Cancellation After Booking
    When you complete the Details Form and confirm you would like us to begin arranging your Course and Tests ([see the acknowledgement process when submitting your Details Form]), you waive any right to cancel your Course or Tests under the standard consumer law cooling-off period, as you have requested that we start providing services immediately. If you cancel after this point, you will not be eligible for a full refund of the Fees. Any partial refund will depend on the services already provided and will include a proportion of the Initial Payment, as determined by LeoDrivingSchool. The refund amount will vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your Course by contacting us via the methods outlined in the "Contact Us" section of our website.

  2. Non-Refundable Fees
    Once your Tests have been booked and a Suitable Instructor has been allocated, the Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

  3. Instructor Reallocation
    If you cancel your Course in accordance with Section 3, we will attempt to reallocate you with a new Suitable Instructor. In such circumstances, you will not be eligible for a refund unless we are unable to provide a replacement Instructor within a reasonable timeframe or without significant inconvenience (e.g., a considerable delay to your Lessons or Tests).

  4. Refunds Due to Material Issues
    If we cannot allocate a new Instructor due to a material issue, you will be offered a refund. However, we reserve the right to withhold funds to cover:

    • Any hours already used with your Instructor.
    • Our fees and administrative costs.
    • The Initial Payment.

Details of these costs will be provided to you before any refund is issued.

  1. Cancellation Due to Material Breach by LeoDrivingSchool
    If there is a material breach of the Contract by LeoDrivingSchool, as determined by us, you will be eligible for a refund of the Fees, minus charges for services already delivered (including the Initial Payment).

  2. Notifying of Cancellation
    To cancel your Course, you must notify us using the methods outlined in the "Contact Us" section of our website and inform your Instructor directly of your intention to terminate the arrangement.

  3. LeoProtect and LeoTheory Refunds

    • A full refund will be provided for LeoProtect within the cooling-off period unless you start taking Lessons. Once Lessons begin, LeoProtect becomes non-refundable.
    • If your booking does not include Lessons, a full refund for LeoProtect will be available within the cooling-off period unless you sit your practical driving test.
    • LeoTheory is refundable within the cooling-off period. If you attend a LeoTheory session, you waive your right to a refund.
  4. Refund Processing
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. Initiating a chargeback with your bank may delay the refund process.

  5. Delays Beyond Our Control
    If our ability to provide services (e.g., booking your Course or Tests) is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Instructor shortages or test booking issues, we will notify you promptly and take steps to minimize delays. We will not offer compensation for delays if we have taken these steps. However, if the delay is significant, you may contact us to end your Contract and receive a refund for any unused services, less reasonable costs incurred (including the Initial Payment).

  6. Ending the Contract
    LeoDrivingSchool reserves the right to terminate the Contract and claim compensation if:

  • You fail to make payments when due and do not pay within 7 days of a reminder.
  • You fail to provide the necessary information, cooperation, or access needed to deliver the service, such as blocking us on the DVSA booking system, preventing us from booking tests on your behalf.
